Activities

mcch runs two large day services in Belvedere and Sidcup and a smaller service in Erith. All three services are attended by people with a wide range of need and aspiration.  They offer vocational, educational, personal development and leisure activities, most of which take place in the community. The services are lively and vibrant with lots of new ideas.

Woman being supported to paintAccess is a service for adults with learning disabilities, which is based in a community centre in Woolwich. Staff help you to be part of your community, and therefore most activities occur outside the community centre.

Activities include gaining skills in travelling in London, using drama to have your say about disability issues, using computers and much more. The service is very friendly and staff and service users work alongside each other. You will be supported to develop skills and empowered to help run the service so you take ownership of it.
